Cyrus is Investment Manager at Birch Faraday, working across transaction execution, financing strategy and portfolio company financial performance. He supports acquisitions from due diligence through completion while helping portfolio companies strengthen planning, reporting and operational decision-making.
Cyrus began his career at Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in Hong Kong as a Corporate Banking Analyst covering Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He later relocated to London to join the Energy and Infrastructure Private Debt Distribution team, progressing to Associate Director and leading underwriting and debt syndication across major energy and infrastructure acquisitions throughout EMEA and Latin America.
Since joining Birch Faraday in 2025, Cyrus has supported investment activity and portfolio performance across the group. He manages due diligence processes, SPA negotiations and debt financing arrangements while working closely with leadership teams to support cash flow planning, liquidity management and strategic initiatives. Cyrus prepares board reporting for Mediline Supported Living and Highbury Support Services, helping management teams track key operational and financial performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.
