We’re delighted to welcome Cyrus Ordoobadi and to Birch Faraday Capital as Investment Associates, both of whom joined us in June 2025.
Cyrus joins following a diverse career across Europe and Asia, spanning investment banking, project finance, venture building, and climate tech entrepreneurship. Most recently, he supported fundraising and finance at Shellworks, a sustainable materials start-up, and has advised climate and deeptech ventures in various accelerator programs. He began his career in the Office of the CEO at Crédit Agricole in Hong Kong, later joining their EMEA Project Finance Syndication team in London, where he was involved in the origination and syndication of over 40 transactions. Cyrus holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a BSc in Business and Political Economy from NYU Stern.
Antonio joins from his role as a strategy consultant at Peru’s leading financial institution, Credicorp Ltd., where he advised on high-impact projects including large-scale digital transformations, new product development, and customer value proposition redesign. He is currently completing his MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School and holds a Business Bachelor from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
Both Cyrus and Antonio are working directly with me on a number of live transactions for which we have already signed heads of terms. Their experience, energy, and analytical rigour are great additions to our team as we continue to grow our platform and progress multiple exciting opportunities.
