We’re delighted to welcome Max Allan to Birch Faraday Capital as an Investment Analyst.
Max brings broad experience across private equity, investment banking and capital markets. He has advised leading institutional investors and global banks across EMEA and the US on risk, operational and regulatory transformation projects, and has also completed secondments within the operations and legal teams of several top hedge funds.
Before joining Birch Faraday, Max worked in the strategy and business development team of an international stock exchange, supporting growth initiatives for a publicly listed firm. His background combines analytical rigour with a strong commercial mindset.
At Birch Faraday, Max will be focused on supporting both deal sourcing and execution as we continue to grow our investment platform and progress a strong pipeline of opportunities.
